The weapon master who trains weapon the weapon proficiency feats and also sells weapons doesn't actually sell them. I don't know if it's intentional but if not it's a bit redundant to sell them and have the feats. AH I digress I was just going to point it out just incase it was an oversight! thanks!

He does sell to you, but only when you are participating in his lesson. So when you are not, he says, "Ah be no' selling anything right noo".
