Greetings.
I feel it is time once again to hold another tournament and give others a chance to test their skill. The tournament will be held at Swordspoint Hall in Berdusk, at the training grounds. During the tourney, the yard will be open to contestants and spectators without the worry of a fee for entry. The rules are still the same, and I will name them as follows:
Prior to each engagement, both participants for that particular battle will be dispelled. Potions or items providing enhancing -spells or prayers- will not be acceptable, though items that increase your core are accepted. Using spells or potions prior to engagement to enhance your ability are prohibited.
Warriors and fighters - You will be able to use three skills during the duration of the fight. Disarming, bashing, punching, and kicking are allowed in any particular order, though up to a maximum of three total. For instance, you can kick three times, but beyond that you will not be able to disarm or punch.
Rangers and paladins - You, too, are limited to three, either of skill or prayer. You may use one prayer, and three skills. Or two prayers, and a single skill. Or three prayers, no skills. Three skills, no prayers.
If any who fall under the rules as listed above deviate from the use of three skills and use more, you will be disqualified.
Wizards and priests - There will be no use of area affecting spells. You will have spectators, keep them in mind. While you are not limited to what spells or prayers you may use as far as number, you are limited as to which type are acceptable. Spells or prayers with the intent of destroying your opponent in a single cast are prohibited. Priests - Healing yourselves while in battle is prohibited. For the sake of clarity, healing your opponent during the heat of battle is also prohibited.
In regards to disarming an opponent as one of your three skill choices - If you attempt to disarm your opponent and fail, but they counter your disarm and succeed in disarming you, their counter attempt does not count against them and their choice of three skills.
All participants will start out with a three round warm up (spar) prior to fully engaging themselves (stun). Each participant will hold the killing blow against their opponents.
There is a ten platinum entry fee. Any who wish to participate, do not hesitate to inform me.
(OOC: I was thinking around this time if anyone else can make it.
