Haggling seems to be broken. I've not seen any automatic haggle echoes lately, and I can't trigger one manually either. I've tried on several chars, one with 12 cha and a single rank in the haggle skill, and one with 15 cha.

Trained haggle still seems to work fine, but it looks like the chance of haggling without it being trained has dropped to (nearly, at least) zero. My guess is that this is intentional. Assuming it sticks, I need to update the helpfile.

Everett does not have the Haggle skill. However, in the past two weeks it's kicked in at least 4 times. Once while training a spell. So... just adding my observation - I haven't seen a problem as an untrained character.

Ah, alrighty then...may have just been a temporary thing! I'll call it resolved unless someone argues otherwise, there's enough on my plate as it is! Thanks for the feedback!
