After collecting the book for the quest in the school of wonder by Morkan Beroo. I received the book, but now when i return with book. He asks if I read the book. When I say yes, nothing happens.

This is not a bug. The mobile gives you some directions when he asks you if you found the book. It works if you follow those directions.
