Soldiers in Holyhead aiding the drow watchspiders

In Holyhead, if you attack a watchspider, the soldiers will report you for assault. They also do not aid the drow while fighting, they just stand there.
Heavy watchspider is the mob
A soldier says to you 'I will now carry out your sentence for'
A soldier says to you 'Your crime of assault on a heavy watchspider'
A soldier drags you off to the dungeon!
(I did expect the jail time after being there, and I'm not too worried about it)
