I noticed when trying to refill my decanter that it does not have the syntax on the decanter any longer since they were fixed, and I cannot remember it offhand.
When you look inside, you see:
It is empty.
It can be picked up, held.
It cannot be worn with any other armour.
It is medium in size and would fit any body type.
This is a small bottle made of gem. Several tiny white runes
are inscribed on it.

This is not a bug. They refill themselves.
