Just over a week ago there was a server crash,
I was logged in on Eyolf at the time, and had just had my mount drop my rucksack, shoulder bag, and saddle bags, when the server crashed. On reconnecting, the bags had been deleted.
I was hoping something could be done to recover them.

I told him to repost this because I couldn't find the initial bug report when he asked me if there was any word. Sounds like he will need an earlier version of his player file uploaded? Or barring that, a list of the items he lost?
