Poison Resist Feat

Over the years, some among your people carefully expose themselves to
poisons in controlled dosages in order to build up immunity to their
effects. A few are thereby weakened, but the strong adjust.

This feat increases your resistance to poison.

* You can only take this feat before reaching level 5.

Can we add what racial info needs to go hear? I thought it used to be, and went to check and was wrong. I think it was dwarves and..orcs?

I'm afraid this is an ongoing concern. I'm not sure the feat works even if you do take it, and I don't have a way to look and see what controls whether you can train it: it's in hardcode without a command to let (me, at least) look at it, but I've confirmed some issues via trial and error:

Does anyone know if there is a cannon source for this feat? (I don't find it in d20.) The best I found was this, which offers an odd potpourri of requirements, both race and hometown:
