According to the help file for dismiss:

dismiss <petname|mountname> will also dimiss your pet or mount. This
can only be done if you are in the same room as your pet or mount.

dismiss <cartname> will abandon any cart you own. Dismissing a
cart can be done even if you are not in the same room as the cart.

However, I noticed this is working in reverse. You need to be in the room with your cart to dismiss your cart, but you can be far away from your pet/mount and dismiss it.

In my testing on the testport, I find I can now dismiss anything from anywhere. I need not be in the same room as my <anything> to dismiss it.

Is this a good thing, and I just need to update the helpfile, or should there be restrictions in place about dismissing a pet in its absence?
