This is more the site itself, I've tested it from different devices. Keeps saying it cannot create a temporary directory.

Do we still use Area Check? I just let tortoise check the area out for me when I upload it, that tells me my errors right off.

This file has no numbers assigned to it, so tortoise wont do anything for it. I kind of wanted to just check it before submitting a first draft.

Try adding fake numbers.

Even with fake numbers all I see is 'Error during upload: No temporary directory available.' Tried from more than one device and files that worked in the past to see if it was localized. Happens across all platforms for me.

There's a program you can download that checks areas, but I'm not sure how recent its information is. I don';t have a copy on this computer and I don't see the link, but it was called like fkcheck.exe I think...

I will investigate soon.
