Erga takes a look at the large registry in front of her.
Erga says to you 'Ah yes, we have something for you.'
Erga says to you 'I am not sure if it is a letter or a box though.'
Erga says to you 'The fee to get the item is 1 gold.'
You give Erga some money.
OK.
Erga sends an assistant to check for new letters or boxes.
Erga says to you 'That should not be too long.'
Erga smiles as the assistant returns a few minutes later, with something in his hands.
Erga exclaims to you 'Here you are!'

She refuses to hand anything over, even though she says there is something waiting for me.

Quite confused as to what's up with this. Character in question is Urworlon. Thanks in advance.
