i110124, "a large black hood" missing keyword

This should have the keyword i110124 added so the the force wear from i110123's program (a large black hooded cloak) works correctly.

To reproduce (on the test port): oinvoke 110123, then give it to a mortal testchar and have them wear it and try to 'hoodon'.

... the hood is corrected generated, but the wear fails so it stays in the inventory.
