Exotic Weapon Proficiency - Cat-o-nine-tails

Mask fixed this code today. Remember, one still must type train 'exotic weapon proficiency' "cat-o'-nine tails" in order to train it, but it actually works now.

You dual wield a barbed cat-o-nine-tails in your left hand, which is your offhand.
You don't even know which end of a barbed cat-o-nine-tails is up!
You stop using a barbed cat-o-nine-tails.
train 'exotic weapon proficiency' "cat-o'-nine tails"
You focus your training on cat-o'-nine tails with help from NPC.
You haggle the cost down to 2 gold, 3 silver, 5 copper
NPC says to you 'Here is your change, 1 electrum, 1 silver, 5 copper'
You pay 2 gold, 3 silver, 5 copper to learn exotic weapon proficiency from NPC.
You dual wield a barbed cat-o-nine-tails in your left hand, which is your offhand.
You feel comfortable wielding a barbed cat-o-nine-tails.
