Im not sure if this would just be an error somewhere along the way but since some cavern has a plenthra of black onyx gems the merchants will not sell them.... could this be looked into and fixed please?

I'd add Lodestones to this list as well

Lodestones actually have a very good supply ingame, if you look around. Onyx gems are much more limited in availability, with only a few faiths or alignments having access to the shops left.

I fixed the surplus for the short term. A long term fix is awaiting the next game update. Thanks.
