I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but should poison be affecting indefinetely. I have been lying stunned because of poison for several days now.

Spells and other magical affects
Affected: Poison indefinitely

Most poisons in FK last indefinitely, until neutralized. If you are stunned because of a drop in CON and/or a poison-induced hitpoint decrease, I don't think canon would have you recovering without help as well, if I read the rules correctly?
