I have weapon focus in double-edged blades on one of my characters, I was going to go a different route with him though and I decided to go greatblades. I trained weapon focus in great blades, and greater weapon focus in greatblades all in one go, and didn't notice, but it didn't train the normal weapon focus, saying I already had it. I'm not sure what I did, but I'm going to keep a bonus feat point unspent since it should have gone to weapon focus greatblades.

This one is part of this previously reported bug. It is likely checking for a generic 'weapon focus' feat having been spent rather than a specific weapon type weapon focus feat.
