a rune-covered green copper amulet

Hi

On character Xaris I have been wearing a rune-covered green copper amulet for most of his time. I believe it came from one of the Svirfneblin quests but I cannot guarantee this.

I have recently died and since being returned every time I try to wear the item it Zaps me and I drop it. I havent seen this echo before as its normally the "If you wear both they will explode" echo.

I have tried removing all neck equipment but I am still unable to wear.

The item did grant a +2 to Con.
