Fledgling Priest of Malar

In part of the quest to become a Ranger, you're required to <redacted>. I've come to the conclusion that it might be some kind of bug, where the NPC isn't spawning.. Is there any way this could be checked on so I'll know one way or another? Thanks in advance :)

Not a bug that I can tell. You will want to check back with whatever mob last assigned the task. It can load the mob up again if you missed it.

Also this quest will involve using ranger skills, one just has to investigate a bit more.
A goblin, a trickster, a warrior? A nameless terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. A most feared being in all the cosmos. Nothing could stop, hold, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
