I believe there may be a bug with the Moon Elf abilities. From my understanding, FK goes off of D&D 3.5. I found http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Elves,_Moon_(3.5e_Race) that moon elves are suppose to be able to have Darkvision.

According to the SRD entry for Elves do not have darkvision, but low-light vision as described here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilit ... ightVision). See also the Player's Handbook Core Rulebook I v.3.5 on page 16.

The Elf Races in FK all have this ability applied (with the exception of the Drow who have darkvision as specified on page 14 Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting v3.5).
