Composite Bows in 3.5 are supposed to have a draw strength to allow you to add strength to damage.

This doesn't seem to be the case here in FK. Is that intentional? Or is there a command that I'm missing somehow?

Is this supposed to work? In 3.0 it was halved for the offhand unless the offhand weapon was light but in 3.5 it doesn't look like there's any reference to strength
