I would suggest having wandering clerics on the roads in the game that can provide healing like stationary mobiles. They could join loan travellers and merchant caravans and could really help players out that are stranded far from healers.

Nice idea, both from game perspective and in-universe perspective.

What faith would these clerics be of? Would enemy faith clerics attack each other?

I quite like this idea. As an old player, I cannot count the times I've died because I forgot to train aid and lost a limb on all twenty of my digits. (As in, it's much higher.)

Clerics of Ilmater would make sense, IMO.

Agreed. Clerics of Ilmater wouldn't attack people at random, so they can easily be non-aggressive

I think just general healers will be fine. That way everyone can use them.

Definitely. There are certainly people that most Ilmaterites would rather not offer healing to, and there are those who would be looked unfavorably upon for receiving healing from one. Just super neutral I-couldn't-care-less-who-you-are healers would be best.

I like the idea as well. It's one of those "mobility" suggestions which would let people spread out a little further. Which is becoming more important now with the massive influx of new areas.
