Heal not curing blindness from Sunbeam

Post by Dranso » Sat May 23, 2015 10:32 am

According to the help file heal is supposed to cure all forms of blindness. I recently was on the wrong end of Sunbeam spell and didn't save against the blindness. I used a heal and the blindness did not go away.

Some dried powdered peas glows briefly.

You guess Sundilsa is casting sunbeam.
You attack Sundilsa as she opens her guard.
Your crush skillfully shreds Sundilsa's right arm.

A hot cinder from your heavy mace burns Sundilsa.

Sundilsa utters the words, 'sunbeam'.
A spear of sunlight from Sundilsa hits you, and you cannot see!
Someone evades your crushing attack.

You duck under someone's slashing attack.
You prepare to cast 'heal'...
Unable to apply 'extend spell' to spells with a duration of 'instantaneous'.

Three teardrops on a triangular pendant glows briefly.
A vial of blessed water glows briefly.
A warm feeling fills your body at Llykir's touch.

With a bonecrunching sound your crush violently smashes someone's abdomen.

Thank you for reporting this. I thought it would be an easy fix, but it took some figuring out. However, I've got it now, and this should be fixed with the next game update.
