Spell Turning

Hey All,

Another abjuration spell (I feel they need a boost) - A Spell turning/deflection spell. Similar to the elemental shields but instead it sends damage back in regards to offensive spells cast upon the wizard. Depending on the amount of damage and the skill of the caster?
