Colours

Hi

I want to change the colour of a skill increase.
I tried using the colours command but I am unsure which one to change. Can anyone advise on this please?

If you type "colour" that will show you all the options for messages that the game can change the colour of. I'm not totally certain, but it looks as though the one you're looking for is 28 (skill). I can't tell immediately if that is for a skill increase or not so it could be for a different message. It won't break if you change colour on anything though, even if it's not what you're looking for.

You can get a list of the numbers that correspond to colours with "colour list".

So to change the change the colour of skill to say, bright red, you would type:

colour 28 9

If that doesn't change the colour of skill increase messages, the only other way I can think to do it is to use Zmud to capture the message in a different tab so you can go back and check afterwards. I know a few people use that for tells already.

Was there ever any doubt that the owner/operator of the mage Rainbow Brite equivalent would know all there is to know about making things different colors?
