Buggy exit, street of whispers going to Shark street

Standing on Street of Whispers and I try to go west onto Shark street, I get the message 'The is closed.". I can look west and see the street, I just can't go that way. Open west says 'you can't do that' and no other keyword seems to work.

I took a look at this and nothing seems to be amiss; I also cannot reproduce the problem.
The rooms involved are 8626 (The Street of Whispers) and 8668 (Shark Street).

This just happened to me as well.

8626 - Street of Whispers
N-Street of 8627 E-Dacer's In8705 S-Corner of 8631 W-Door
This street is lined on either side with homes of the middle class of
Waterdeep. Interspersed between the homes are shops that cater to all needs,
from food to armour. Sconces are placed over most doors so that at night the
street is well lit.
Look West
You see Shark Street.
an innkeeper and Lady Winters are not too far off west from here.
West
The is closed.
Open West
You can't do that.
Cannot get into Shark street at all.

Tested this again. Kutri still cannot go through the exit. Cilah could not either until I put pass door on her via wind walk, then she got through just fine. It's like there's an invisible door with no keywords that shouldn't be there at all.
