Sylsia not selling her inventory

This is a simple little thing, in the Wedding area down in Zazesspur. Sylsia has the objects in her inventory, but isn't set up to actually sell them.
The Wedding Bazaar

A path stretches between rows of brightly coloured tents that are
said to hold a variety of items that cater to those that are
getting married. The path is paved in snowy white marble that
is veined through with a pattern of silver and gold. Trellises
rise to either side and above, covered with a profusion of
brightly coloured flowers and creeping vines that provide shade
and protection from the weather.
