The big runed anvil at Waterdeep's School of Combat doesn't work like an anvil. I tried to forge a weapon there, but it keeps giving me the echo "Where's your anvil?"

Anvils must be i92 (an anvil); there isn't a type for them which would allow variety in their appearance. I've made a work-around here that should solve the problem.
