Hello, recently I have aquired a staff sling. And though it works well as a staff it seem unable to shoot ammo. I have tried both bullets and pebbles in my inventory

Everytime I try to shoot though, it comes with this message
You do not have ammunition which is suitable for a purple and yellow staff-sling!

Someone said that it might be the staff is very old with old code and might not be updated. I am not completly sure.

Let me know if you need any more info. I will be keeping the staff in my inventory

A sling (48) and staff sling (50) are two different weapon types. In the same way that arrows are matched to bows, sling bullets are matched to one of those two types. Most likely, you have a bullet meant for a sling, not a sling staff.

You will see, upon examining the object, for which weapon it is intended.

Are there staff sling bullets in game though? I can't recall seeing them before. If that can be confirmed for those that want to use the weapon like the above poster. That could help alot!

Ahhh, okay thank you. Sorry for the question then, I thought they used the same bullets and what not. ^^
