Ladies and gents Waterdeep has a pest
Be known to all that on Sixthday, 25th day in the Month of the Rotting
a large number of dead black lizards littered the streets of Waterdeep
particularly on the vicinity of the market's square and extending as
far as to skull street ending the trail by the grating to the sewers.
