Tundras- need climbing check

I'm not sure if this is a bug for not. The Glacier of the White Worm now needs a climbing check to move from room to room. I rode my horse in there and now both of us are stuck.

This is not tundra proper, but the glacier encased peaks of the mountains, it does need climbing to traverse.

Is there a way to have it check on entering the glaciers? My horse moves from mountain to glacier, but cannot move from glacier to mountain.
