I was just wondering if this feat was currently in-game or not? Also, a bit of clarification if it is; is it a pre-level 5 feat as the link features or is it available post-level 5?

I know this post is several months old but I'm also curious about this. I'm not asking where it's located, as I'd find that out IC, I'm just wondering if it's currently implemented in game and if it can be taken after level 5 since the help file doesn't state anything about it needing to be taken early.

Would just like to double tap on this, even though it's an old thread, is there an actual Strong Soul trainer in game? I've been searching for this feat for a while as well, and have repeatedly asked around IC after it, but with no luck.
