Tempurian Gatherings

Talks within churches and gathering places of the Tempurian faith have noted that Beskytter Erikkson has taken an active role speaking about the Lord of Battles and his dogma. He's begun to host sermons about the various facets of the faith and openly invites those wishing to learn more about the Foehammer to join him whenever he's about.

Meetings are held in one of three places, the Fields of Triumph, Swordspoint hall, or the Temple of Tempus near the Fields in Waterdeep.

OOCly: I will pop on to RP out some sermons here and there when I have time. If you're wishing to join, just let me know. Hopefuls, this is a great way to learn about the faith and possibly meet other Tempurians.

Notices have gone up in all churches dedicated to Tempus about The Games. Every fourth year Tempurians are gathered to compete in games designed to test their skills. From starting fires in the rain to tossing javelins, from commanding men in formation to sparring fellow Tempurrans. These games are open to all of the Faith and even Hopefuls or Questees/Questeds. Viewing can be done by any aside from those who serve Garagos or are otherwise enemies of the faith.

OOCly: No times have been set yet, but skills games will be held as soon as I get some free time set up for them. You don't need to sign up or register, and a list of games will be posted in game. These games are run for IC titles (Like: Champion Javelin Thrower or Champion General) and honor within the church.

Hopefully you'll be able to come and listen, learn about the faith, and eventually get to see some awesome competition between brothers and sisters of the Foehammer.

Beskytter will be around tonight to talk to those seeking information about the Foehammer or those who'd like to hear a good sermon. He'll be in the Hall of Heroes off Darselune street in Waterdeep, it is near the fields of Triumph is you get lost.

Message in game if you need help finding the place. All are welcome save those of Garagos or with the intent to disrupt the gathering by slandering the Lord of Battle, or promoting another's faith. Please come with your swords sheathed, helms removed, and questions to have answered.
