Body Art Grievances

Tattoos are minor problem. One of my characters has a heart-shaped tattoo, which she wore on the arms slot. After death and revival, the tattoo was automatically worn on the face. I was unable to remove it or wear a mask over it.

I suggest two ways to tackle this:
1. Either have all tattoos completely unremovable even in death. (I remember my character Terageld was able to sport his red dragon tattoo in the Realm of the Dead. Maybe has something to do with the way it was coded?)
2. Or have a "worn on the skin" slot for all body parts, used exclusively for tattoos, magical glowing runes, glitter, slave-branding marks, etc.

I love this idea :)

Easier to have tattoos be removable I'd think, but would be cool to have more than jus tattoos, things like custom scars and whatnot.

Perhaps this will come off as boring... but shouldn't tattoos be a description thing in the first place? I suggest scars definitely should be since their not clothing.

I mean, I know we already have several in game and builders have made npcs for them etc but if I was so inclined I could just tattoo in my description and it would be more involved to the character than buying the item.

As a solution to this dilemma however, tattoos just auth to be removable and wearable wherever. It seems to be causing some issues and I don't see any harm in this change.

Just make tattoos removable or have a glory-free application option to remove them.

You can ask to have a tattoo removed it is not a problem.

Adding extra slots for tattoos seems an unnecessary hardcode change, as I share Yemin's opinion that they should be in descriptions and the worn items are more for fun.
