I was unable to light this block with a fire object in the room. In this case the riverstone surrounded fire in the gardens of waterdeep. it mayb e the item itself or the light command that it uses, I'm unsure.
I was holding it and it produced this echo:

You need a fire in the room!

River rocks enclose a cheery little fire pit. (very good)

You get a piece of parchment from a shimmering sapphire silk spellpouch.

A piece of parchment burns well and feeds the fire.



So for now it seems only player made fires can light it.

Changed this from looking for fire object (i30) to ITEM_TYPE_FIRE. Pending update.
