Suddenly you got that invitation to go on a dragon hunt, and your share of the hoard quadrupled your savings. Suddenly a dress that suited you beyond your wildest dreams showed up in that shop window in place of the old one, and at half the price. Suddenly that hill giant that was so intent on eating you got a little too excited, and failed to notice the cliff ledge you were backing him up against.
