I feel that only two cities in the whole of the surface world having the magical post is a bit low.

I suggest Luskan, Westgate, Tantras, Zazesspur and possibly even Bezantur have a location set up if at all possible.

Mithral Hall, also, please.

Though if all of these together would be too large a project, I'd be very happy to see the post added just to major hometowns (i.e., Westgate and Mithral Hall). I'd say Silverymoon and Shadowdale don't need it as much since the majority of the PCs who come from those areas seem to spend all of their lives in Waterdeep, anyway.

Fair suggestion. It's actually more available then you might suspect, but it could be in more places. To that end, I have published the required programs in the Builder's Discussion forum so that builders can apply it in additional places.
