Question about "in game" skills
It's been a while since my PC was shown how to "fletch", how to "tan" hides, how to "make a bow".
Is there some place IC that she can go to get a refresher course? Or is there somewhere off-line that I go to get the steps again?

Are they not in the help files for those subjects?
I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!

I wonder if Aysa refers to the tanning, fletching and bowmaking during the ranger quest. In that case I guess what you used were simply quest programs that are completely unrelated to the respective trades.
If that is the case I think Tallie needs to ask in game about where to learn those trades.

Power Attack Feat

This feat allows you to make exceptionally powerful, if less carefully aimed,
melee attacks. Once you have this feat, you may enable it or disable it at
will, using COMBATMODE +power attack and COMBATMODE -power attack. When
active, you fight aggressively, with all your might; this reduces your chance
to hit, but greatly amplifies the damage you deal out when you do hit.

Unarmed strikes and natural weapons do get the damage bonus from power attack in D&D, so I'd assume the same here. I could be mistaken, though.

I don't believe so. Maybe with empty hands where we don't see the stats but I think cestus are coded as light weapons. I'm not in game atm to test this right now, however nearly any fighter should be able to check for you.

Seems to affect unarmed attacks. Will not affect fist weapons though since they are light weapons and power attack here is loosely using the 3.5 version rather than the path finder version.

You need to make them large to be able to use power attack with cesti.

I can confirm that Power Attack does work with unarmed combat, but not with light weapons (including normal cestus/brass knuckles). You can not adjust the amount of power shift: it looks to be 2 on my test PC; that is, your attack rolls takes a -2 penalty and your damage roll gets 2 added to it.

2 and not 3? That's interesting. I have always gotten -3 +3 with one hand, -3 +6 with 2 handers.
