Somehow, it looks like the Drow message board has ended up in Mithril Hall.

in the light of torches placed in brackets along the walls of the
sturdily crafted buildings and artfully shaped stonework of dwarven
masons. Statues of dwarven heroes throughout the history of the
Realms of Faerun stand as guardians over the city of their people.
The street continues to the north and south.
