Polymorph Pandemonium

Hostelner Blackthorn, the master transmuter of Gond, hereby announces another wondrous polymorphing tournament! This event will be formatted as a free-for-all melee where grouping will not be allowed. All wizards must remain in their chosen polymorphed form until only one champion is left. Depending on the number of attendees, the participants will be split into two or more groups. The winner and runner up of each group will then compete in the final free-for-all. The last monster standing will be awarded a treasure chest of spectacular items and a hefty amount of coins. This event is open to all wizards and druids regardless of faith or alignment and will take place in Westgate. Spectators and healers are always welcome.

Free-for-all rules:

*Contestants will be allowed as many buffing spells, potions, or scrolls as they wish prior to the battle.
*The contestants must choose a form to polymorph into and submit this form to Hostelner before the start of battle. (Choose well! If there are enough contestants to warrant multiple rounds, you will not be allowed to switch forms!)
*Contestants must remain in their polymorphed form through the entirety of the battle.
*No magic will be allowed during the battle.
*No weapons will be allowed during the battle. (You must rely on the power of your chosen form)
*You may continue to wear any equipment you previously had on if your chosen form fits into it.
*Remember, have fun and be creative. There are a lot, a lot, a lot, of different creatures to polymorph into out there.

What a turn out! What imaginative creatures as well! We had Thrikeens, Centaurs, Pegasi, Ettercaps, Lions, Tigers and other forms in so many shapes and colors! Thank you to Aurora, Ailyn, Saoriose, Skylar and Althasizor for healing and cheering us on! Even though much fun was had after the main event, the winner of the free for all was Cabadath. He will be mailed his winnings soon! The runners up (all other contestants) should also check their mail boxes for consolation prizes as well. Also a big thank you to the IMM for the door prizes! I look forward to holding another event like this soon!
