Heavy Armour Optimisation feat

Not entirely sure if there's a bug with heavy armour optimisation feat. However when I first took the AC sheet looked like...



head 30 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Shield: +4
body 32 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Size: +0
arms 30 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Natural: +5
hands 30 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Deflection: +1
waist 30 (heavy) (max dex: 1)
legs 30 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Spell Failure: 60%
feet 30 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Armour Penalty: -1

And every so often it will, but then every so often it will also look like...

Ability Scores | Armour Class
head 25 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Shield: +4
body 27 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Size: +0
arms 25 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Natural: +0
hands 25 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Deflection: +1
waist 25 (heavy) (max dex: 1)
legs 25 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Spell Failure: 60%
feet 25 (heavy) (max dex: 1) Armour Penalty: -1

Which is what it looked like before taking the feat.

It looks like the first example has something else in effect as well, e.g. dragonskin would do this.
