Though Oracles specifically are certainly the best at it, Selunites in general are well-known for their
mastery over such mystic arts as star reading. We're opening our talents to the city at large,
welcoming anyone in to have their fortune read! Perhaps you will be surprised, perhaps not -
Either way, it's sure to be worth your time to know, right? We'll be setting up our stands
in a corner of the Market Square in Waterdeep between Bradigan's and the Lucky Drunk,
and for a small fee of one hundred silver shards, we'll tell you what we see in your stars.

We'll also be making you an offer, to take part in something else later on for anyone willing!
