Tired of all the flowers? Kisses? Whispered sweet nothings? Feeling the
pressure of finding the perfect gift and the agony of suffering another
boring dinner date? Do you literally want to punch everyone you see?

Thanks to the Church of Tempus, you can!

Introducing the Warheart's Brawl! Come, let off some steam, relieve the
stress of flighty love, and test your might and tactics martial against
a bevy of your fellow warriors in a last-man-standing, no-holds-barred,
monster melee mash!

There is only one rule: fight to incapacitate, not to kill. Otherwise,
lose yourself in the fray as you will! Quaff your potions, recite your
scrolls, make and break your alliances as suits your victory--nothing,
as in war, is out of bounds. May the strongest, most cunning, and best-
prepared warrior conquer the rest!

The island of Maos on the Moonsea will serve as our battlefield at the
time posted below. Prizes to be awarded to the warrior who stands last,
and honors also to the warrior who claims the most foes (adventurers)
felled.

Strength and Honor!
Who: Anyone at all. NPC minions are legal, too, for those so inclined.
When: 27 February, 20:00 EST.
Where: Beach of Maos.

If anyone wants to offer gating services in case Maos is underwater at the time, you'd be appreciated and paid!

Congratulations and all honors to the Warpriest Jarris Taril of Tempus for not only being the last man standing, but also for earning the most victories overall, with four of the five defeated combatants having fallen at his mighty hand. May the bards sing loud and long of his glory!
...And big thanks to everyone who came to fight or watch. I now know that time limits should be a thing and that I should really find another suitable area that does not cut off from the map. Hopefully the next will have fewer annoyances.

I personally thought it went quite splendidly. The location allowed for some unpredictable situations. Like the cyclops that came knocking on the beach.
