Baked Goods or Bads!

Post by Mele » Tue Mar 17, 2020 12:25 am

Do YOU like to bake! That's great! Is it bad is it good! We don't care! Send your baked goods to Alisae, and Maribel, Isabelle and Alisae will eat and choose the best and worst bakers! Each will get a prize!

OOC DETAILS:

PM me a baked good (or bad) short, long and extra. I'll make the item and "send" it to Alisae for you. In addition to the three for the judges, I'll make you 100 to keep and use for RP. :) (Your 100 will not have the 'extra' because that doesn't duplicate on and I'm not setting 100 extras per entry!)

3/16 - 3/23 !

Tied for first place:
{F0}an iced {30}empire biscuit {F0}with a {90}cherry

{30}Two light, buttery shortbread biscuits have been sandwiched together
with {10}raspberry jam{30}. The top biscuit is smothered in {F0}white icing with
{90}half a cherry {F0}pressed into the centre.
{70}a large mixing bowl filled with {30}ch{80}o{30}col{80}a{30}te {80}c{30}a{80}k{30}e ba{80}t{30}ter{70}

{70}This large s{F0}i{70}lv{F0}e{70}r{F0}y{70} bowl is filled with a decadent {30}ch{80}o{30}col{80}a{30}tey {80}c{30}a{80}k{30}e ba{80}t{30}ter{70}. The batter
{70}has a smooth texture and gives off a strong chocolate scent that is hard to resist.
{70}There are small chunks of a {80}dark chocolate{70} suspended in the batter. A s{F0}i{70}lv{F0}e{70}r{F0}y{70} wh{F0}i{70}sk
{70}sits in the bowl waiting for someone to pull it from the batter and lick it clean.

Runners up:
{B0}a flaky, golden buttery

{B0}Is it a roll? Is it a pastry? Is it a croissant? Savoury with a salted
butter flavour and a flaky texture, this buttery is best served warm
with some {90}jam.
{30}a {10}liver stuffed {30}beer biscuit

{30}This biscuit, made of doughy beer bread, is heavy and filling. It's been stuffed to the brim with a paste made of {10}chicken liver {30}and topped with diced onion.

AND THE WORST THING EVER!!!!:
{30}An {B0}acrid, steaming{30} {80}marsh-wiggler{30} pie

{30}A thick, grainy crust entombs the pie's innards in a remarkably
{30}durable {80}shell. Once the sh{20}e{80}ll is by some means br{20}e{80}ached,{30} a sharp,
{30}faintly {80}acid{70}i{80}c steam car{B0}r{80}ies hin{70}t{80}s of hor{B0}s{80}eradish and mu{30}d. Within,
{30}bits of {80}eel (hope{70}f{80}ully) and vegetables or ot{20}h{80}er plant ma{30}tter are
{30}suspended in a thick, viscous sludge of peat-flavored gravy.

Aaaaannnnd I'm addicted. :D
Justice is not neccesarily honourable, it is a tolerable business, in essence you tolerate honour until it impedes justice, then you do what is right.

Spelling is not necessarily correct :)
