Meditating while casting

More a minor inconvenience than anything. You can meditate in the middle of casting, which causes the spell to fail:

You begin to chant.
> med
You sit down, cross your legs and begin to meditate.
You are deep in meditation.

You cannot stand back up again to finish the spell:

You begin to chant.
> med
You sit down, cross your legs and begin to meditate.
> stand
You cannot do that while chanting a spell!
You are deep in meditation.

If it's an easy fix, I'd like to see the meditate command disallowed while casting just like stand.
