Second Tournament of the Dice

Esteemed adventurers from across the realms and seas, we have great news for you! It's time to once more try your hand at a chance for fame, glory, and eternal renown in the second Tournament of the Dice! Since this is a tourney of luck and skill people of all walks of life are invited to join, from spell-slingers to sword throwers! Sword slashing is also allowed. The only people who won't be welcomed are those who are explicitly enemies of the faith of Tymora, and they're invited to instead go and sit in the corner and think about what they've done.
The rules of the tournament will put everything up to chance! We'll be deciding the match-ups on the basis of die rolls and at the start of each round each of the two competitors will roll a pair of dice to decide on a handicap which will affect them during the bout. Or, perhaps, they might earn a boon instead, if they're exceptionally lucky. The consequences on offer will vary based on the sort of skills the person has at their disposal, as well.
Examples of handicaps:
Warrior: Not able to use their off-hand for anything, Only able to use light armour
Wizard: Defensive magic only, Only five spells for the whole match
Cleric: No defensive prayers, No magical trinkets
Rogues: Must lumber around in armour heavier than they are, No special skills (dirt in the eye, disarming, etc.)
We'll be holding the tournament out on the coast just to the southeast of the city of Waterdeep, so, bring your weapons, your lucky charms, and your zeal to win, because we have some fantastic prizes and hopefully some amazing match-ups between adventurers of all types!
