weird combat initiation

Hello there,
I keep getting these random echoes from people I am grouped with, while we are traveling or rest. Not in combat.
Signyi joins the battle!
And then just had this happen.
A large bronze plated cart starts to shake and hiss out steam as several large gears extend from its side.
The gears begin to slowly spin as vents open and begins to shoot jets of hot steam across them.
The center of the cart begins to slowly separate down the middle, opening more and more the longer the gears spin.
The vents close themselves and the gears stop spinning as the cart settles itself down onto the ground.

Your pierce shallowly penetrates a large bronze plated cart's abdomen.

Large mechanical arms extend from the sides of the cart, placing an anvil and quenching station neatly in their places. Once the steam clears, a small personal forge and workshop is revealed.
