I think that dieties should be able to do any skill to everyone in the room. This would be particularly useful with Bash and Stun. The names of any other skills escape me right now.
This with their ability to do room echos would be a powerful RP tool. Imagine if Mystra could appear in a room full of evil wizards with a powerful magical storm that would stun all of them at the same time.
