Ooma wantz ta say thank ouze to da orcs and Bugbeahs who came to da feast. Me knowz ouze got full bellyz! All ouze Orks, what missed da feast, bettah have lots of Shineyz for da One-Eye!! 'Cause it not be nice when ouze no show ouze respect.

We gunna have a nuddah feast next Midwintah's eve. So ouze bettah make sure ouze come! Ooma gonna be takin' care of da young followers of da One-eye, and makin' sure da old ones stay in line at da feasts. So, dis be a good time for all ouze orks to come back to da camp for drinkin and eatin.

OOC: The Orc feast will be a regularly scheduled event( once a month until further notice.) Matters of faith will now be attended to at the event so that all those seeking to faith Gruumsh will know when they are guaranteed to be dealt with. It is a great RP opportunity please bring out your orcs and play!!!

I wanted to thank all those who put the effort into this orc feast. The new area is fantastic.

Lastly, I just wanted to add that considering this was the first event we've had in ages, I found it disappointing that so few showed up. And it seemed odd that there were other imm run events at the same time.

Please, do make the effort to show up, we haven't had a orc'ish even in .. well.. years! Dust off your chars and bring them out for some food old drinking, eating and general orc kind debauchery

On a side note, apologies to all orcs for my MIA status. Work work.. and more work. But there is light at the end of the tunnel and I should be back on more often!

The feast currently being celebrated would be Midwinter night.

This is celebrated on the longest/darkest night of the year. The Orcs and Followers of The One Eye believe that the extreme darkness of this eve is symbolic of the triumph of Gruumsh over the other "Light-Loving races." Therefore, They come together to make sacrifices, celebrate and bask in the darkness of the night.

That said, All followers or hopefuls of Gruumsh are welcome and encouraged to come out join in the feast and play, even if it just for 30 minutes! However, id ICLY you would *not* celebrate this feast if you had the chance, then I suggest you not try to attend. Orcs Have been known to get a bit over-zealous in their worship and beliefs and We have plenty of food on the tables...But, I would hate to have to pluck your corpse off of someone's plate! ( And you can not get in if you are not an Orc or accompanied by one.)

The orc feast this month is being combined with "war trainin". In case you were wondering why there is no post. If you can not make it we will miss you and hope to see you at next month's feast !

Clearly... the mud was down for the planned feast ( of course!!! LOL) SO We will simply not have a feast until second weekend in July, or so. I will repost a date and time here as soon as I can narrow something down. Sorry that we have had another feast go down the tubes

I am a complete doofus...I of course was thinking it was for Sunday after CLEARLY posting Saturday eve... I never double checked until I came today to bump the thread and realized

I owe a HUGE apology to all the orcs I will repost again after I get a consensus of when you all can make it this next week. Would Thursday be doable for any of you? I have a couple of folks who say that weekend is a bad one for them. So if not this week then we will prolly aim for the weekend of Sept 8th... PM me with preferences, please. I will make the post by tomorrow eve with the new date and time.
