Regional Human

Adorah is a human who grew up in a remote farming village.
As I have seen so many others take this route too, is
there any good sources to draw rural or peasentry
information from? For the most part farming communities
would follow Chauntea, and possibly a few others but as
per customs or how much they actually learn. (School systems
or etc) what could the peasentry expect to know coming
from such a place?
Any further information on humans in general would be great
too, such as certain humans views on other races as opposed to
the blanketed, Humans are alright with everything idea.
Farm people may not nessicarily see many elves or orcs, and have
many legends and myths about them saving crops, or stealing children
(accordingly). Their knowledge of other gods would be limited too would
they not? Would they perhaps have a shaman, or an official temple, or just a shrine or two?
Thank you for your time,
Adorah
