Feat exclusive for thieves.

If you fail a will save you reroll again the save at the same difficulty, if you lose it you are affected as if you had failed the roll but if you pass it you are unaffected.

Wouldn't this fall under the special skills they'd get or was it just one of the perks of the class as they gain in level it's been awhile! Do thieves get the extra feats and such?
